Strategic Development roles

We are looking for exceptional candidates who have the ability to deliver a number of projects and work-streams at any given time, working in collaboration with other specialist disciplines and key partners – these can vary in both scale and nature, making the workload extremely interesting.

The vacancies are:

Programme Manager (Commercial)

A Programme Manager to provide commercial development expertise and support the delivery of a comprehensive programme of growth and regeneration projects.

Project Managers x2

Project Managers to support the delivery of a range of Growth and Regeneration programmes, projects and initiatives within a commercial environment.

Project Officers

A Project Officer with experience of working within a public and/or private sector setting in multi-disciplinary project teams, on a broad range of Growth and Regeneration programmes and projects.


The Strategic Development Team is based in County Hall in central Preston, which is conveniently located next to the railway station which provides local, regional and national rail services.
