Planning your support

Following your assessment, you will be given an estimate of how much money could be available to you to purchase your support. To make sure you have the right support in place you will need to write a support plan. You can do this yourself or ask us or someone you know to help you.

As long as your support plan is safe, legal and meets your needs it will be agreed and signed off. We then discuss with you the various ways you can arrange your support to make sure your support plan happens. If you are eligible for our support you will be offered a Direct Payment. 

There is ongoing support available to help you with your support plan and to manage your support and we regularly review your needs to make sure your support is right for you.
