Coding Hour (Whalley)

Tuesday, 27 March 2018 from 10:00 - 11:00

In this 'digital age', children spend an awful lot of their time with video games, computers and devices. But, they are only passively consuming digital technology. With coding, they take control, literally creating their own entertainment and learning how digital technology 'ticks' in the process.

The purpose of ‘Coding Hour’ is to give young people an insight into the world of coding and also provide them with
tutorials of how to use coding programs, most of which are free and can be accessed at home.

6 places for ages 6-11 available, booking required. Parents/carers are welcome to attend with their children, preferably one adult to one child.
