This taster session will provide you with the opportunity to find out more about The 5 Ways to Wellbeing and to take part in a series of wellbeing activities. You will gain an awareness of the key themes: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. You will recognise how incorporating the 5 Ways into your life could improve your health and wellbeing.
This event is free to all adults over 19, but booking is required.
