The Young People’s Service works with young people aged 12-19 across Lancashire. As well as providing our own programme of activities, we also work with other organisations to provide diverse and interesting things for young people to do.
Young people can access our services across Lancashire in various locations which includes a network of youth zones and young people’s centres. The centres offer a safe place to go to try out new activities and learn new skills whilst having fun with their friends.
You can be confident that our staff are well-trained and hold professional qualifications in youth work, information, advice, guidance and social care.
Our services are confidential, the safety and protection of young people are a priority.
For more information about what Lancashire County Council can offer your children go to our Children, education and families page.

You should check that you are happy with the activity and provider before attending. We recommend you contact the organiser to discuss child protection policies, insurance cover and suitability of their employees.
It is important that your children are kept safe online. For more information on how to do this check out Think U Know.
