Our services

We provide a range of services for adults aimed at enabling people to stay in their own homes and remain independent. Services such as home care, supported living and assistance finding and keeping a job can make a real difference to the lives of people who have learning or physical disabilities, sensory impairments or mental health problems.

Services for older people

We provide a range of services for older people which focus on promoting independence and helping people live at home where this is appropriate.

Services for people who have a learning disability

Our staff undertake assessments of need and where appropriate arrange care and support for adults who have a learning disability.

Services for people who have a mental health problem

We work with Primary Care Trusts and Lancashire Care NHS Trust and other providers to commission and deliver services that support people with mental health problems in accessing the same employment, housing and leisure opportunities as everyone else.

Services for people who have a physical disability

We provide support to help people who have a physical disability live independently and access the same job and leisure opportunities as everyone else.

Services for people who have a sensory impairment

We provide care and support for people who have a visual or hearing impairment.
