If you are using our Service or if you are working with our Service as a volunteer, then the following Standards outline the level of commitment that you can expect from us.

  2. Helping Service Users to access our Volunteer Service
  3. Listening to you and involving you in our Service
  4. Keeping careful records
  5. Delivering a consistent service that meets Good Practice standards
  6. Making sure that staff/volunteers can meet the needs of people accessing our service
  7. Checking that we deliver a good service and striving to improve

Volunteers' Charter

Volunteers have both rights and responsibilities, which are embodied in our updated Volunteers' Charter

Consultation and Reviews

As a service we are committed to ensuring that information about our service is widely available and is reviewed on a regular basis. Throughout the year we survey a variety of different people to get their views and opinions on our service delivery so that we can improve services.
