Performance

The Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) is responsible for monitoring the performance of all social care departments in England to ensure that they meet the standards set by central government. The Commission is also responsible for ensuring independent service providers, such as home care agencies and residential homes, meet national minimum standards.

Performance indicators

Our performance indicators form part of Lancashire County Council's performance assessment framework and give a view of how the council is serving residents. The performance indicators highlight the progress that the council is making in improving services and meeting national targets.
