Fishergate bus lane refunds

Submit a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) refund request on the basis of inadequate signing on the Fishergate bus lane, between Mount St and Corporation St.

Before you start

If you have already paid your PCN, please submit a request below and we will review your case, with a view to issuing a refund.

We will only issue a refund for first-time cases made on the basis of inadequate signing.

You will need to provide us with:

  • PCN number
  • vehicle registration number
  • full name
  • address
  • postcode
  • email address 
  • how you paid the PCN

Received a PCN but not yet paid?

If you have received a first-time Fishergate bus lane PCN and not yet paid, you will need to make a representation against your PCN on the basis of inadequate signing.

Butler Street

Refunds will not be issued for PCN's related to the no-right-turn from Butler Street onto Fishergate, as this is still enforceable. 

This is at the end of the existing bus lane, on the side of Fishergate heading towards the city centre.

What happens next?

Please allow up to 8 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will appear on your bank statement as either Lloyds Cardnet or NSL Lancashire.
