Who is this course for?

School administrative staff 

Aims

The Oracle system helps to record and process key information relating to staff. This half day overview session will guide you through the stages involved in recording absences, changes of hours and processing claims, for example additional duties.

PLEASE NOTE: you should have access to the Schools Administrator responsibility before applying for this course. You must bring your Oracle user name and password to take part in this course. • If you do not have your Oracle log in details you should use the password reset facility or alternatively contact AskHR prior to attending this course.

Objectives

At the end of the course participants will be able to:-

  • understand the employee and manager/administrator self service worklist and approvals mechanism
  • perform employee self service transactions
  • perform manager/administrator self service approvals and transaction processes
  • access elearning and other support
