Name a gritter

Thanks to you, our ten new gritting vehicles have some brrrrilliant new names! 

We're very grateful to everyone who got involved and put forward their suggestions in our recent name-a-gritter competition. 

Our #LancsWinter judges have whittled down the hundreds of snow-stopping suggestions, and we can now reveal our 'best in snow' (in no particular order):

The new gritters have already joined the fleet of 45 frontline wagons which help to keep our roads safe when freezing weather strikes, and we'll be putting the new names on the doors very shortly.
