If you are a registered user of the library
service (click here to find out how to become
a member), you can check the details of your borrower record and
renew online by logging in to your Online Borrower Account or over your telephone with our automatic
telephone renewal service.
All you will need is your Membership Number
and PIN (Personal Identification Number).

The Small Print
- It's possible to renew items up to 10 times using this service.
- Some items may not be renewed.
- Some audio-visual items may be subject to loan charges on renewal.
- Any item that has been requested by another borrower may not be renewed.
- Overdue items may be subject to overdue loan charges
