What is TravelWise?
Lancashire County Council is a member of TravelWise, a national campaign which encourages people to cut down on their car journeys and use sustainable transport. TravelWise Lancashire aims to help people in Lancashire make smarter transport choices – to walk, cycle, car share and use public transport more.
Why Should I Be TravelWise?
We understand that transport is an important part of your daily life and not only affects your lifestyle, but also your local environment and even the future of the planet. Making positive changes to the way you travel has many benefits for you, your local area and beyond.
