Thematic Working Groups
Thematic Working Groups are organised into each of the areas below; their task will be to define key local priorities, put forward and implement proposals for targeted activity to test blockages / gaps and facilitate more effective local delivery. Each activity will be supported by a valid ‘baseline’, and success within the pathfinder defined with reference to direct and measurable ‘indicators’. Intelligence gathered from this activity will be used to inform and seek to influence sub-regional, regional and national policymaking.
