Approved Driving Instructors

Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) are at the front line when it comes to improving hazard perception and driving skills. That is why Lancashire County Council's Road Safety Group is increasingly working with ADIs to meet our common objectives of casualty reduction and safer roads.

The Group contracts ADIs to deliver practical training - plus supporting them with a quality professional development programme.

The Group has produced a comprehensive ‘ADI Road Safety Guide’ which has been offered to all Lancashire ADIs.
