The purpose of the LSSRP is to assist community groups within Lancashire carry out projects that enhance the environment by clearing derelict, underused and neglected land.

The Lancashire Small Sites Reclamation Programme is managed by Lancashire County Council and supported by the Northwest Development Agency.
