Short Walks

Starting at the 'Orme Sight' adjacent to the Visitor centre the trail leads up to the summit of Beacon fell. A long the trail you will also come across a snake, a bat and a 50ft heron. All the sculptures were carved by local artist Thompson Dagnall from materials found in the locality. It is hoped that in the future further sculptures will be added to this tail so keep your eyes open!
