When received through the proper channels. i.e. Submitted via the District Council to Lancashire County Council Environment Directorate Maintenance Section, searches will be processed and returned to the Maintenance Section of the Directorate within 2 working days. When requested directly from the Rights of Way Section they should be submitted in writing and we will reply within 15 working days.
The standard charge for providing highway information by post is:
£16.50 for a written response
£30.50 if a marked plan is included
