Key areas of work for the West Lancashire District Partnership Office
Ongoing Support to County Councillors in all aspects of their work and involvement with local partnerships
Supporting the West Lancashire Local Strategic Partnership in particular strengthening relationships between the Lancashire Local committee and wider partners
Co-ordinating County Council involvement in the regeneration of Skelmersdale Town Centre
Supporting and co-ordinating LCC involvement with key local partnerships such as the Ormskirk Community partnership and the Burscough Partnership 'Moving Forward'.
Co-ordinating County Council Involvement in Little Digmoor Fairshare Panel and the Little Digmoor Community Residents Association
Supporting members of the Lancashire Local Committee, Parish Councils, community groups, council officers and members of the community to engage effectively to shape county council services at a local level and solve local problems.
