Background to Cabinet Question Time

Here at Lancashire County Council we take the needs, views and opinions of local people very seriously. Indeed, the reason we exist is to ensure people right across Lancashire receive the highest quality services tailored to their needs.

Cabinet Question Time has proved a very successful and popular way of getting to hear the needs and views of people around the county. Drawing on the familiar Question Time format, senior councillors come to where you are and take the time to answer your questions and listen to what you think.

The evening’s activities are hosted by BBC Television’s Dave Guest and there is a light buffet after the discussion to give an opportunity to meet councillors and staff.

The events are open to everyone, just turn up and let us know what is going well, what you think about any of the county council’s plans and services, and where we could improve.
