Supplier Details Form

Existing Suppliers

Having accurate supplier data allows Lancashire County Council to place orders and process payments promptly.  If you have received a letter requesting that you update your company details please do so using the link below, referring to our guidance and frequently asked questions if required.

To access the system you need to register using the details received in your letter this can be done via the following link: supplier registration form

If you have already completed registration click here to login

Q1- Why is the Council doing this?

With the implementation of Oracle release 12, the council’s new ordering and payments system, we need to cleanse the data, of which supplier data is key. Having accurate supplier data allows us to transmit orders and payments effectively and deal with queries and issues efficiently. It also allows a greater understanding of our supply base so we can target future work appropriately and responsibly.

Q2- What happens if I don't do this and I miss the deadline?

If you miss the deadline, quite simply your records will not be updated in Oracle, the system responsible for releasing payments to suppliers. If there are open requests for payment and the system does not have your records, it will automatically go into error, which will take time to resolve and could have an impact on the timeliness of payment.
