Corporate strategy
Welcome to Lancashire County Council’s current corporate strategy (2012/13). This strategy describes our high level priorities for the year. Progress against the corporate strategy is monitored, reported and managed through the performance statements (measures) identified under each of the themes and priorities in the strategy.
