Do you have a tasty way to make the most of your leftovers?

If you do then you could be in with a chance to win one of our great prizes with vision and the Love Food Hate Waste campaign.

We want your favourite recipes that get the most out of your leftovers. Perhaps its an old recipe that's been passed down through the generations or something you've come up with for this competition.

Mark Chapman from the Lytham Kitchen will judge the entries and the very best will win the star prize of a meal for two at Mark's restaurant and a signed copy of the Hairy Bikers "Mums know best" family cookbook. ten runners up will be sent the M & S 'Love your leftovers' recipe book.

Mark has produced a video with the county council showing how he makes the most of the ingredients in his recipes. Mark said:

"There's never been a better time to learn how to make your food and your money go further.

"Lancashire is famous for its food and I know that the vision readers won't disappoint with their recipes. I will be looking out for great tastes and clever use of leftovers. All you need to do is make sure that your recipe can be made by the average home cook."
