Marriage fees
The following fees for marriage and civil partnership registration services are correct as of 1 April 2012. Fees are subject to review and change periodically.
All ceremony bookings (excluding marriages in religious buildings) are now subject to an administration fee of £30 which is payable at the time of booking.

All the above fees incorporate the fee of one certified copy marriage certificate.
Fee relates to double family ceremonies only. You can still have a double ceremony if you are not related but you would need to pay two single fees.

Not all religious buildings need the attendance of a Registrar but you still need to give a Notice of Marriage or Civil Partnership, please check with your local office or ceremonies officer who will be happy to advise. Please note these fees are in addition to the cost of the Notice of Marriage or Civil Partnership fee of £35 each.
