Enjoy a day of exploration for all the family at the historic landmark of Clitheroe Castle and the museum that takes you on a journey through 350 million years of history. The museum is packed with family friendly interactives to enjoy.

  • Civil War Sunday 14 July, from pike and musket drills to code breaking and the Battle of Preston; please telephone to book your place.
  • Viking Voyage 16 to 31 August, including fancy dress, craft activities, visiting vikings - many sessions need booking in advance; please telephone.
